The FlyByWire Simulations A380 is perhaps one of the most anticipated releases for Microsoft Flight Simulator, and with good reason. The large Airbus aircraft hasn’t been realised in any modern simulator to any decent standard yet, but a number of developers are either developing it or have tried in the past. So when FlyByWire Simulations commit to releasing a freeware version, there are some high expectations.
Over the past few weeks, members of the development team have taken part in some discussions with numerous content creators to talk about the development process and how things have been going over the past year. In addition to the lengthy discussions, FlyByWire Simulations shared a number of never-before-seen previews of the A380 and also some from the A32NX.
FlyByWire Simulations A380
The new previews for the A380 are still very much early days and they were actually taken a little while back. That said, we know that the community is keen to get as much information as possible on the wide-bodied jet.
A32NX Previews
It would be amiss to not show the latest previews for the A32NX updates that the team is working on. The new previews showcase the new wing and engine modelling that is currently happening.
Watch The Livestreams
As mentioned earlier, these previews were part of a number of live streams that took place last week. German readers will appreciate seeing CAPT //// A320 hosting a Germany interview with FlyByWire Simulations. For those that speak English, you can watch an interview over on the Blu-Xperience podcast.
