MM Simulations Releases Horta Airport for MSFS

Scenery developer MM Simulations has released Horta Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This is the second airport in the Azores to be released today.

Horta Airport (LPHR) is located on Faial Island in the Azores archipelago, which is part of Portugal. It serves as a vital hub for local and regional travel, connecting all of the islands and mainland Portugal. Airlines that frequent the airport include Azores Airlines, TAP Air Portugal, Ryanair and other charter airlines.

The team has modelled the airport to a high standard, including the use of PBR materials, accurate landscape and elevation profiling. There are also custom animated objects, night lighting and various airport clutter included. MM Simulations has also said they have accurately modelled both the terminal’s exterior and interior.

You can pick up your copy from OrbxDirect for $29.99 AUD.

If flying in the Azores is for you, then you may also want to check out iniBuilds’ Ponta Delgada that was released today.
