The third major update to Infinite Flight has landed and version 22.3 comes with all-new features, additional 3D airports and performance fixes.
The biggest new update with Infinite Flight 22.3 is the addition of animated pushback trucks. This first iteration of pushback trucks in the simulator will allow you to move back from the gate with an animated truck. Both a wide-body aircraft and narrow-body aircraft-style truck is available depending on the plane you’re using at the time. Over time, Infinite Flight will continue to improve the pushback truck.
Another key feature of this new update is an improved user interface. In particular, the home screen has seen changes that have combined all modes into a single layout. This will pave the way for future features such as pre-flight planning.
24 new 3D airports have also been added with this release. This includes airports such as Toulouse (LFBO), St Johns International (CYYT), Roma-Fiumicino (LIRF) and Hong Kong International (VHHH). Furthermore, Dubai, along with a bunch of other airports, have also been updated.
Infinite Flight 22.3 is available now for all owners of the application. Some features and aircraft will require you to own an Infinite Flight Pro subscription, which can be purchased from within Infinite Flight itself. If you want to try out Infinite Flight, you can do so from either the Apple App Store or from Google Play.
